What services does Rode Soda offer?
Rode Soda offers full-service wedding bartending packages tailored to your needs. Our packages include setup, service, and tear-down. We serve an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, and garnishes. We also provide experienced bartenders who will make sure your guests have a great time.
Do you provide alcohol?
No. The state of NH has tight liquor laws, and we don't want to mess with that! You as the customer will provide all the alcohol, beer, and wine. This way you get to keep it all when we leave!
How long do you stay?
4 working hours are included with your package, but if you need extra hours, let’s chat! We require 2 hours for set up time.
How do I figure out how much alcohol/beer/wine I need?
We will gladly assist you in coming up with your shopping list depending on what you want to serve.
I have several non-drinkers at my event.
Do you provide mocktails?
Absolutely! We can create specific mocktails catered to your guests.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have general liability and liquor liability insurance.
What if it’s raining?
We will try to get the trailer as close to your guests as possible whether that’s in a tent or venue. We also have great relationships with local vendors and can discuss renting a tent to keep your guests dry.
What are the dimensions of the trailer?
6’ x 12’
We require ease of access to the site for delivery and removal of the trailer.
How many people can you accommodate?
150 is our max
Is ice included?
Yes, ice is included in your package.
Can I use the trailer as a photo prop?
Sure! He is very photogenic.
Can my florist decorate the trailer?
We can certainly talk about what you envision and make a plan!
How far do you travel?
1-hour travel from Gilford. Extra mileage fees for further distance.
Do I need to provide electricity?
Yes. We need to be no more than 50 feet from a power source. If this isn't possible, we can discuss renting a generator.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Venmo, cash, or check.
